WORS has a full-slate of festival activities to offer racers and fans. With an average of over 800 spectators per event, outstanding spectator turnout is a hallmark of events hosted by the Wisconsin Off Road Series. The 2010 Subaru Cup will be the highlight of the 2010 Midwest mountain bike racing season and we expect that the fans will be out in force to participate and cheer on their favorite racers. The Subaru Cup will also be the major cycling industry gathering of the summer for the Midwest and include demos, displays, and free gifts for those in attendance. WORS and WORS sponsors will offer tours of the race course, wake boarding, on-site camping, food and entertainment, and much more.
- Subaru Cup Staff Bash: This event is slated to become an instant classic in the realm of event after parties. WORS will provide ample refreshment, music, games, and some special surprises! This event is invite-only, so make sure you make friends with a member of the Subaru Cup staff to get your invite. Each staff member will have up to fifty invites to distribute at their discretion. More details to come, check back here for updates.
- Subaru Cup Patron Program and VIP Hospitality Area: WORS has worked with our sponsors to put together a limited number of once-in-a-lifetime experience/product packages that we will offer to fans of WORS. This program will be limited to only twenty Patrons, who will receive a host of special event amenities including VIP event credentials, up-front parking, exclusive access to the VIP Hospitality suite on-course, and a unique sponsor gift basket. Perched at the crossroads of several technical descents and climbs, WORS benefactors and special guests in the VIP Hospitality tent will enjoy the best seat in the house, with race commentary from WORS ambassadors, refreshments, and company that always knows how to pick the perfect gear. If you’ve ever wanted to support and endorse the success of the WORS Series for MTB racing in Wisconsin, now is the time.
- Nordic Mountain Wake Park: The Nordic Wake Park is a cable watersports park powered by a Sesitec System 2.0. Only the 7th System 2.0 installed nationwide and the only one in the Midwest, the Nordic Wake Park provides watersports fun for all ages.
- Subaru Cup Ambassadors Program. WORS will coordinate with local cycling enthusiasts to extend a personal invitation to Midwest Regional racers. Visiting Pro and Cat 1 riders may apply to WORS for lodging assistance and carpool availability with WORS community volunteers.
- Lodging in the Wautoma Area: Hotels in the Wautoma Area are ready to accept your reservation now. In past years, hotel rooms were sold out prior to the event, so book your room early for the best availability.
- On-site Camping: On-site rough camping will be available at $10/car per night ($5 more for motorhomes and vehicles with large trailers). June 25 and 26 only! Available on a first come first serve basis. Sorry, No Reservations! For those who have camped in the past, please be aware that onsite camping space in 2010 will be reduced to accommodate additional space requirements for the Pro team area.
